Vouchers must be presented and redeemed for physical tickets at Las Vegas Monorail Customer Service Ticketing Offices. Vouchers are valid only for redemption by the individual whose name is printed on the voucher.

eTickets can be scanned directly at Monorail fare gates or printed at home and scanned at Monorail fare gates. eTickets must be redeemed within one year of purchase.

Las Vegas Monorail understands that circumstances may arise necessitating a refund. While they evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, refunds will not be issued for the following:
